I?ve eaten here before and was happy with the food. I have family in town and I wanted to share a good experience with them.... However, now I?m embarrassed. My aunt felt that the young woman had a bad attitude. The staff was impatient with her when myaunt asked questions about the menu. Anyway, the food came out cold. We had to ask staff to warm up our sandwiches which is notfair, considering we paid over 100$ in food. The staff forgot soup, and the young woman said, ?oh shit?. The two young men werepleasant and helpful. It?s 745 pm Friday, September 30. Thank you! Edit - we needed lids and staff were no where to be seen.We tried to call for them and my cousin walked into the kitchen area to get their attention to be told ?don?t step back here?. We wouldn?t have to cross the boundary if the staff were upfront and available. They were in the back on their phones. I thinkstaff need to be supervised with someone more responsible. Read more

This place is phenomenal. Talking to the girl (who was amazing) that serve us today. Looks like we are about 7 years too late in... this place. I had the beef dip with horseradish aioli and au-jus. Overall it was a good beef dip. The aioli could have used more... horseradish as I found it pretty mild. A stronger horseradish would be welcomed. Read more

Not sure what's wrong with the people who gave this place bad reviews. Service was fast and great, the horseradish aioli was... amazing. Bread was perfectly toasted and the meat was delicious and not dry at all. The dip is out of this world! No complaints,just a full belly for a good price. Read more

I had a fantastic experience here, and the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend... anyone who likes BBQ to visit. A friend and I split a large size Cowtown Cheese Steak, and even then we were both stuffed. Thequantity of meat is incredibly generous. The meat itself was very tender and flavorful, and the horseradish sauce I addedcomplimented it well. Finally, the staff here are super friendly and accommodating. They helped portion our single Mac n cheeseorder into two, which made splitting it much easier. Read more
