I'm not sure how often Richard comes to this location but I've see truck stop bathrooms cleaner then here! Had to use the... washroom, toilet seat was disgusting, had to wash it myself. Outside the toilet, the floor, the counter....filthy and fallingapart!! The doors are disgusting and when I went back to the main area....its just not clean!! Sad to see as Coco Brooks used tobe a lot better. Now for the pizza! I got a Louisiana Chicken and my husband got a Big Al's Calzone. I'm not sure if they areshort toppings of cutting back but the back part of my pizza, about half an inch or a full inch was just cheese! My husband'scalzone, so much dough, the part where they sealed it was huge. Last I went to the 32nd location maybe 3 months ago, it wasn'tlike this. Sad to see Coco Brooks going down hill! Don't know if Richard needs to come back in and get the place(s) in shipshape or if he's letting them go. Either way, never mind covid, it made me uneasy to touch anything in there! Read more
This is a chain that has lost its way in the way of customer service. Before Covid condiments were available freely to be used.... Now you must pay 50 cents for a pittance of parmesan cheese that?s not even a teaspoon. Get with the program here, your pizza isalready overpriced. Don?t be greedy, will not be back to this location. Pizzas are individual. The price is a bit high but it's actually not bad. You can get them cooked or frozen. BBQ chicken has a... unique taste to it from the sauce but it's probably the best flavour. They load the cheese and the crust is crispy. The boxeshave writing in them so that's cool if you like to read stories. They also offer frozen items like key lime pie, chicken wings,burgers, sausages, and ice cream. There's a ton of space to eat and the decor is amazing! Great place to have a single serving pizzas. Sometimes it gets alittle busy but that is only a testament to the great food and... service. If you don't want to wait for your pizza to cook why not take it home. Coco brooks has a selection of frozen food thatcan be enjoyed if you would like the same quality but fresh at home. Read more
Big Al's are a great tasting little pizza. The crust is amazing.
