The menu is out of date and they have a handwritten sign on a wall and never mention it. When people sit let them know Direct... them to sign Reprint your menus! Don?t use an excuse that your menus are printed in Vietnam! The noodles were cooked well, the meat was not tasty whatsoever and the broth i would give 2 out of 5 stars for. It had an odd... taste to it. I would say this is budget pho. The bubble tea was a mistake- large chunks of ice, not mixed well but the tastewasn't too bad. Definitely will keep this place on my list for places not to order from. Read more
Best peanut sate pho. Perfect level of spice, perfect portion. So creamy and nutty and rich in flavour! The customer service was... awesome as well. New favourite for sure! Read more
Co Do has absolutely, hands down, the best peanut sate pho in calgary. Seriously, it is so, so good - so thick and rich, with... delicious flavour and lots of peanut chunks. And just look at how gorgeous and red it is! The deep fried quail is also adelicious item, as are the many stir fry, rice and noodle dishes - I particularly like the curry as well! There is trulysomething for everyone, including lots of vegetarian options. I have been coming here for years and the food neverdisappoints. And, it's right on 17 Avenue S.W. so you can walk off your food and do some shopping after a delicious meal ???? Read more
I highly recommend stopping by and trying these folks out! The food, even to go, is spectacularly plated, portions are large for... the price, and food tastes so comforting! The beef sate is one of the most flavourful I've ever had, and has the nicest littlekick, even though it's not spicy! It's memorable and I cant wait to go back and try more of the menu! :) Read more
One simple word...yum. Had the noodle bowl and jicama rolls and would certainly order that again. Portion size was great and not... terribly expensive. My only concern would be the possibility of mixups with pickups considering when I ordered, no one took myname or phone #. Read more
Waivers between 3.5 to a 4 star. Cozy atmosphere. It is viet owned and authentic. The portions are a good size. The broth in the... pho is tasty but not entirely a clear type of broth either. They provide a lot of meat in the pho. For the area it is in...thisis a pretty decent place to go to for something different/more homey than Nam. Pricing is average. Read more
I have gone to Codo many times over the years and had great experiences but recently the food has been terrible. I ordered... vermicelli the other day and the meat was dried out, tough, and had no flavour. It tasted and looked like left overs which hadbeen warmed in the microwave. Additionally there was a tiny Salade of wilted lettuce, a dozen bean sprouts, and 3 dried outbitter carrot chunks - it wasn?t even equivalent to a handful. It was so disappointing and awful I ended up throwing most of itout. I will not be ordering from Codo again. Read more
