The atmosphere was vibrant, music was a bit loud, but cannot complaint as it was a Sat night. Shisha wasn't bad either, Menu was... large with lots of options however I had my dinner elsewhere prior to visiting Cloud9, surely I will be back to try thefood. Worst Shisha bar I?ve been to in Calgary by far. The rooms are filthy. they over charge for the room and bottle service is a... must in order to be in a room, even on a slow day which is almost always. The staff and owners are rude. I?d give this place nostars if I could. Read more

The staff here is AMAZING. they treat everyone like family. The shisha is the best in the city. Music also great...they have... music according to the night and everything in between. The servers working there are the sweetest and work really hard to make the customers happy. My experience was alright however,... I could go for drinks elsewhere. Was gonna order food however I already had 2 shots which came up to $25. Lol girl bye. Theshisha is alright, I like how it comes with a cold pipe. I wish the prices are better. Amazing service, the place and decor could use a little updating but their staff more than made up for that. I had a fantastic... martini and the hookah was set up well.
