The atmosphere was vibrant, music was a bit loud, but cannot complaint as it was a Sat night. Shisha wasn't bad either, Menu was... large with lots of options however I had my dinner elsewhere prior to visiting Cloud9, surely I will be back to try thefood. They can certainly improve on their service, rest its a good little place in the Southwest. Read more
Worst Shisha bar I?ve been to in Calgary by far. The rooms are filthy. they over charge for the room and bottle service is a... must in order to be in a room, even on a slow day which is almost always. The staff and owners are rude. I?d give this place nostars if I could. Read more
