Slowest pumps in the entire city. If you need more then $15 in gas it's faster to drive anywhere else in the city.
If you have coupons plz dont go in this place. Also if you want to buy go in other places. One of the worst ever ever I see... customer service in this place. Firstly they dont talk nicely so rude. Went to this K last night and tonight, the doors were locked and nobody was there. Had to go another K. I miss this deaf guy who... used to work there overnight, he was great and hard working guy. So friendly and always a good chat with him every time I stopby. Haven't seen him in a while and hope he is doing great. Read more
Great location and a decent selection of snacks and beverages. One star though because the hours you needed to be open, between... midnight and 5:00 a.m., the door is always locked and the clerk is hiding somewhere in the back. I've lived in the neighborhoodfor 6 months now and been locked out of this store at least two dozen times. Sometimes the clerk will put a sign up that saysthey'll be back in 15 minutes but that usually means 45 minutes. If you are the owner of this franchise and you are reading thismessage you need to tell your staff to stop locking the door. You are losing thousands of dollars every week in sales. Read more
ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY! Beyond RACIST. We just moved into the Area and I?m 26 years old and went in to buy Zigzags for my bf in... the car and had TWO VALID photo IDs and they REFUSED to sell to me. My boyfriend ended up having to come in and they immediatelysold it to him WITHOUT looking at his ID and he even asked them if they needed to see it as they did mine, they refused. Avoidat all cost. Probably one of the worst ones in the city. Customer service = None. Swearing in Hindi / Punjabi.. all the time. Always has a... long line, and 1 cashier, while the other one fills the cooler.. No sense of urgency or support. .. Can't wait for the 7-11 toopen up. Read more
Navneet who works here wanted to charge me x3 times more for an item here and when I said I did not want it, she cut the price... in half. Seems shady and extremely unprofessional, why am I bargaining with the cashier at a convenience store. What was shegoing to do with the extra money from over charging me? Not impressed. Read more
