First time to visit Chop Steakhouse as i came with my family for thanksgiving dinner and had a wonderful experience. We had... Sierra as our server and she was very friendly and did an amazing job in serving us. We ordered the Beef Ribs as our appetizerand they were incredible fall off the bone. Then for Dinner we ordered the steak for 2 and with the mac and cheese. Steak wascooked to perfection and tasted excellent. Compliments to the kitchen team and especially our steak cook. Went here for dinner tonight with a colleague. I had the prime rib which was fantastic, and he had the sirloin I think. He said... it was very good and I know it looked great! The service was really good, the staff is very attentive and the ambience wasgreat. We started with a couple cocktails. In recent years, I've not had a prime rib meal that was tasty, properly cooked, and without excess fat: until my wife and I... dined at Chop Steakhouse. First, they trim off most of the fat, leaving just enough to allow for proper cooking. When donewith my meal, there was very little left on my plate. Second, they cook the meat perfectly. I prefer my meat medium rare, andthat's what I got. In recent years, other places have served me medium well to well done meat. In my opinion, that spoiled themeal. We ordered creme brulee for dessert. It was fabulous. Though I'm listing this last, our server, Cloe, deserves a bigthank you. She was wonderfully patient, courteous, and attentive without being overbearing. We were the last couple in therestaurant, and she never rushed us, nor was she snippy, as some servers can be. I appreciate that instead of tossing the billon the table she asked if we wanted anything else: and she did so with a smile. I rate this as one of my favorite restaurants. Read more
I am happy I found Chop when I Google steakhouses! The ambience and decor are welcoming, lively, and modern. I had an amazing... server, Zoe. She walked me through the menu and gave me suggestions that all were perfect. When I asked her about the area andother places, she gave me great suggestions and even got some from her colleagues. I started with the garlic chilli shrimp thatcame with bread that paired perfect with the butter sauce the shrimp were sitting in. I did a 28oz bone in rib eye rare plus,which came out excellent. The chef hand delivered and talked to me about my steak and preparation. It was absolutely delightfulwith great flavoring and cooked exactly how I wanted it. The chef came out mid meal to check on me again to assure I wassatisfied with the preparation, which I praised him for. I was very impressed with my first experience and highly recommend! Delicious dining and a great experience. What a “wow” factor when walking through the doors. Ceilings instantly open up in... the host area and make it feel super spacious. Getting into the dining room there are lower ceilings and tasteful decor unlikesome other places here in town. I usually stay away from steak at restaurants because I’m often disappointed. But definitelyenjoyed the steak that CHOP served. Our server, Ma’alik, made the experience wonderful and explained the menu verywell. Loved it! Read more
We have been to a few Chop locations and this one so far is the best. The staff was amazing, quick service, and the food was... great. If you have a VISA privilege card there is a deal available until the end of May with a special menu for two. Read more
This restaurant is nicely decorated! Very cozy and comfy. We had a smoked rib eye and Chop salad with flat iron beef, ended with... a mini creme brulee. The smoked rib eye was nicely done, the smokiness was wonderful. Our server, Tony, was very sweet andattentive! Applause to him! Highly recommended! Read more
Staff is amazing! The food is absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is perfect. This our only go to place for our anniversary dinner.... Our waiter was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the food and drink Choices, plus the personal touch in form of ahappy anniversary note made the night so much more magical.
