Chicken was dry and tasted old, fries were absolutely horrible some soggy, some not even cooked throughly. I will never go to... another chicken on the way. Only decent thing was the corn fritter. It was so bad that I had to write a review?stay away go toanother chicken joint. Read more
Revoke this agreement this franchise sucks! They don't allow substitutions, they are unclean and rude. How do you not vet a... potential franchisee before letting them ruin your companies name? Ordered food from this location about a year ago and doing that the chicken tasted old and dry..fries tasted like they were... cooked in old oil Even had a fishy taste.i went to this location to talk about this.. I was not impressed with the way theyhandled my concern no refund ,no apology nothing Service and quality was no where near the Kensington location Fast forwardto today,I thought I would give them a chance..sorry to say no change. The portion size for the fish and chips is great! Huge pieces of fish with decent fries. They're exactly what you expect so... nothing special. The shrimp looks big but 90% is just the breading. Taste is bland so be sure to use the dipping sauce. Thefritters were fluffy, hot, and sweet! Overall not bad in terms of taste but the price is not worth how much you pay.
