I was in the shop a few months ago and purchased their "BONUS MEAL" it was so large just so packed full of fries and chicken... (Three pieces was a huge amount) and even a fritter. I then was in last night and noticed that either they have changedmanagement or were just being lazy. I purchased the same BONUS MEAL and there were 18 fries (yes we counted them) the chickenwas still delicious and tender BUT why the EXTREMELY small amount of fries. I purchased two gravies as last time we did nothave enough... this time they meal was so small that the staff could fit both gravies, bbq sauces, fork and ketchup in the samebox as our chicken and fries. The price I paid yesterday was horrible as to what I have gotten many times before.... horribleportions. Do better guys!! I wish I took a photo but forgot. Read more

Kind of terrible. The fries are flaccid and weirdly sweet. The fish batter was not crispy (spongy? Soft? Not rubber-like, but... definitely not good). Too greasy to be tasty. I'm not mad, just disappointed. The customer service was excellent though! Read more

We ordered the Family Meal for a family of 4 through Door Dash. The food was still very hot and was at our door within the hour... (Touchless). The chicken was crispy and not dry at all. The fries tasted very fresh like it was just made. We will be sure toorder from here again. I think it's was better than KFC and plus we rather #SUPPORTLOCAL. Read more
