I'm trying to order online for Pick-Up. But of course they don't have an option to pay for it at the time of pick up. They force... you to put your Credit Card number in to pay for it before you even get to see it. I'm not paying for something I don't get tosee first. Considering the quality of the pizzas the last while have been absolute garbage. Not only that, not everyone has aCredit Card to be able to pay that way! Read more

Bought a couple larges for a firm lunch. Ordered ahead and service was great. We picked up and pizza was just coming out of the... oven at our pick up time. So so delicious. One of the best deep dish locations in the city. Highly recommend ordering from theOgden location if you can. Read more

One thin slice of ham in spots and 3 pieces on pineapple if you're lucky on each piece on the one side of the half and half... pizza. The other half meat lovers was 2 think slices of meat. No impressed at all and I even tipped them. Will not order everagain as a long time loyal customer. You would think they would want to keep customers during these times. Read more

Ordered a medium pizza from Chicago deep dish at 18:20 today. They told us it would take 1hr to get to our location. At 1hr... 12mins, we called again to ask about the pizza. The person on the phone assured us it would be there in the next 10 mins or so.That was not the case. After another 30 mins, contacted the line again at which point the representative said to contact himwhen the pizza had arrived so he would reconcile the delay with a discount. (this is at 19:56 - I'm looking at the cell time logas I type). The pizza arrived at 20:30. The rep was contacted again to which he (I'm sure in his opinion) retained our businesswith a "whopping" $5.00 discount... ... the bill came to >$40 including said discount. I'm not at all "that guy" and I try tosupport local whenever possible, but Chicago Deep Dish has made that incredibly difficult. Highly unlikely I'll be ordering fromhere again since I could have made a round trip to any other local store across town twice in just the time over budget that ittook to get here. They used to have the same deals as every other chicago deep dish pizza. Now their trying to tell me after years of buying pizza... here that they don't use the 2 for 1 pizza deal anymore. First time. Thought I'd try dispite the bad reviews. Very dsappointed! Wont go there again. The pizza had very minute portions... example sliver size green pepper not much cheese, ham instead of back bacon. Crust was over done crunchy and hard. THE portionsdidnt go to top they ended 1/4 inch or more below the top of crust square. We had to eat the crunchy crust after toppings whichwas on top. I should of took a picture. There were 3 of us and all I know is it wasnt like deep dish we had before at otherlocations! BIG difference! Read more

What happened to this Ogden branch? they use to be good, the last few orders have been terrible. Tonight ordered a Mr. Universe... Pizza. showed up cold and the dough was RAW. I could have made a loaf of bread out of the RAW dough. the dough was sticky andhad the texture of glue, [ like RAW dough].Called the store back right away, the Woman on the phone was combative right away,and told us to bad and did not believe us. and that we would not get a refund. and that I had to deliver the pizza back to themand they would inspect it. That was their return policy LOL. She actually said" she is done with us and hung up the phone" Ithink she has it wrong "WE" are done with them , it's the last time i will ever order from them period!!!!!.
