Pretty good bubble tea joint! You get your order fairly fast! Can customize your drink to your liking as well, staff is fairly... friendly... especially the guy who works here (IDK his name) hes a cool guy though! This location has a vibrant atmosphere with its generous amount of natural light and clean interior. All staff were fast,... precise and happy to serve customers. I ordered Hot Caramel Milk Tea and unfortunately what I received was warm. It?s stillcheaper than other competitors though. Read more

This is the 3rd chatime place I visited here in Calgary. Interior is great?it has its distinction even if it is almost within... the food court area. They also have a washroom that you can use. Service is okay for now since they are just starting and theyhave a sign that training in going. The first time I was here the service was too slow (training period) the second and 3rd timewas better but still needs improvement on speed of service. Read more

A great location and layout design with excellent customer service. I was recommended drinks that had more coffee taste and was... able to accommodate my requests. The establishment was clean and the drink was excellent along with great pearl texture. Ihighly recommend this location compared to the Chinatown location just because of their service. Read more
I've been to many Chatime, and this wasn't a very good one. Service is nice but training hinders the speed of service. Which is... okay because they are all still training and patience is needed. I just found the drink to be mediocre. The roasted milk tea wasway more creamy than roasted. In fact, there was barely any tea flavour in the drink. The pearls were okay and chewy but themiddle is still hard. It's just a smidge undercooked. The decor of the location is nice and clean but that's about it. Read more
