Made a Skip the Dishes order last night for our work staff meeting today and needed to add another sandwich to the order. I... called this morning as soon as they opened to see if I could add something to the order, but since the first order was alreadypaid I'd have to place another Skip order and have to pay a delivery fee. So I paid for the order over the phone and they addedit to the Skip order to save me a delivery fee. We received our order on time and all was well until we noticed a sandwich ismissing. I called the restaurant to let them know we are missing a sandwich. The owner, Vishal Shah, was very apologetic andsaid he will make one right away and delivered it personally to our work. I was very impressed that he corrected the situationso quickly as our meeting was about to start. But he personally delivered the missing sandwich and treated the person to acookie for the inconvenience. Stellar customer service. I definitely will be back. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and I'm lookingforward to trying another sandwich from the Southcentre location. Read more
