Awful awful awful customer service!!! I am a manager at chinook mall and eat at chachis a couple times a week. Today they... completely messed up my order. But I didn?t realize until after I had taken a bite. When I returned to ask them to correct it orrefund me they refused. The only man that works there was completely disrespectful and said I had taken a bite so no. He spoke adifferent language to the other lady and then made a hand gesture for me to leave. This place is very near to my work place and I have seen a lot of traffic during lunch time. Thought to give a try. I was... juggling between hot Philly, Nashville hot and Chicken bahn ni. The mac and cheese is not worth the money. You will get room temperature noodles in a sauce the is similar to cheeze wiz.
