I was underwhelmed by the food and the experience. The host that sat us didn?t say a word to us, sat us down then only spoke to... the table next to us before walking away. Started off weird. The waitress was nice, refilled water fast and answeredquestions. The ravioli was good, and we got crème brûlée for dessert (best part of the evening) as the ratio was perfect, itwas thin and wide. The rest of the dishes were average and I didn?t find them particularly flavourful. Read more

Very nice French restaurant. It?s not big, which makes it really cozy and authentic. We went on Friday night with no prior... reservation - the place was full. Only got place at the bar. Seems like it?s a really popular place. The menu is not not big,but every dish is spot on. Tried squash and ricotta ravioli - amazing! Read more

The staff was absolutely lovely. We did not have a reservation and they were able to squeeze us in on a Friday evening around 7... pm. The cocktails were nothing to write home about. The food was a bit hit or miss. The mussels came highly recommended basedon reviews. They were very bland. The sauce too, which was surprising. The French fries seemed very average. The halibut withlobster bisque was fine, nothing remarkable. The scalloped potatoes were fantastic. The beef bourguignon was amazing. The cremebrulee was to die for. Would definitely go back. Top notch experience. The food and service quality were up there for my partner's birthday! The chef even came out to say hi. A... dinner we will remember! Read more

The food was great, but some dishes like the ravioli and halibut appetizer didn?t make sense price wise, when my family members... ordered. I?d suggest going to this restaurant as the food, for me the mussels, were AMAZING. The waitress was kind and patientwhen explaining the menu no matter how many questions we asked, sometimes repeatedly. And the manager himself came by to checkhow we liked our food. This was my first time going to a French restaurant, (at least as far as I remember), and Cassius Bistromade it worth it for me. I?ll just have to come alone next time, however, or with friends who like meat. Note: I?d suggest notcoming here if you or any of your companions/ family members are vegetarian as there?s not much options besides ravioli if youare. Read more

We came here for our anniversary and the food was amazing! We got the fish of the day, halibut with bussel sprouts, and the dish... of the day, which was a chicken and mushroom with a potato cream side dish. The service was quite friendly and provided greatrecommendations. The restaurant is located in a neighborhood so parking can be a challenge. We will definitely come again. Read more

Love the charming room and when the patio is open we love to sit out there. The service is always on point and the staff really... know their stuff. The food has never disappointed. Cassis is definitely a staple in our dining out rotation. They had the bestbrunch, maybe they'll be able to bring that back again at some point Read more
