Everytime we come here, the service is amazing, and the food is always fresh, never had an issue.

Always buy fries at this place because they are crispy comparing to the others in the food court. Today I just decided to try... their chicken fingers. What you got is nothing like the pic they are advertising and I don't know for whoever knows how longthat chicken tender had been left outside. It's bitter and stale. What a disappointment especially when you are gonna writing amidterm while having a stomachache... Don't recommend it. :( Read more

Great food, but the portions and meal overall seemed small compared to other locations

Came by and asked for a single napkin and staff member on the register said "no sorry" without explanation. Just why?

the milkshakes here are really good, and you can get some really cheap burgers for a snack or a nice and big one for pretty... cheap too. the burgers are pretty greasy but taste really good, not the healthiest but its worth the taste. nice addition to thefood court Read more

Decent burgers with not too long wait times and polite staff. Patties don't have much in terms of flavour, but the fries had... nice crispness to them and were nicely seasoned. Read more

Ok so I've eaten at other Carl's and it was good but this Carl's at u of c food court has set the bar low , any lower and would... trip .bad service, horrible food , should have known when you order a burger and it's ready in less than a minute something's up. Here's a TIP#1- CLEAN YOUR GRILL . #2- COOK FOOD #3- DONT ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS. Pretty gross. I remembered it being better when it first opened up. You know it's not a good sign when you're eating a burger... and can't differentiate between the bun and the burger patty. Most of the burgers I've had recently have tasted cold and old,and everything else (like the fries) are nothing special. It's not particularly cheap either. If you're MacEwen Hall, I'ddefinitely recommend A&W instead. Read more
