We got into town last Friday and made a stop in here. After sitting at the bar, ordered some drinks we were fortunate enough to... me Graham. He was one of the nicest guys and his knowledge of wine is incredible. We looked over the menu and though we hadalready ate, my friend and I split the tiramisu. That was one of the best ive had. Wishing we had eaten there, we returned lastnight for a dinner. This small but very focused menu was awesome. We started with the crudo, burrito, and foccacia. They wereall so good, the foccacia was delicious and made in house. For our main we had the rigatoni and the Ragu. I didn't try the Ragubut the rigatoni was so good and being it was double smoked bacon, it was not over powering. The way they had coursed out ourdinner and the drinks recommended was also great. We got dessert to go, pannacotta- probably the best I've had, and thetiramisu again. This place is awesome, wish I lived closer to Calgary. The house amora was also great. If you're in town orlive here and haven't gone, check this place out Read more

Really wanted to love this place, especially based on other reviews. The host was very friendly and gave us the option of... sitting on the patio, which of course we accepted. The server was obviously trying her best, and did a great job refilling ourwaters. However, all the service seemed extremely rushed, even though the restaurant was hardly half full. The carbonara wasunderdone and too cheesy, it tasted more like Mac & Cheese. My friend noted that her squid ink linguine was overdone and mushy. We really expected higher quality for the price ($25/ plate and higher). The waitress, though polite, interrupted ourconversation to give us the receipt before the bill even though we had made no indication of wanting it, which felt like theywere trying to rush us out to turn the table. I had a similar experience at Earls, which is why we really expected more for an“upscale” restaurant. I hope there are some improvements, but in the meantime, I would head elsewhere. Read more

The service was wonderful, the server made sure our glasses were never empty and made sure everything was to our... satisfaction. Appetizer: we started off with the mussells. These were delicious and the portions were generous. I recommendgetting the bread so you can dip it in the broth. Main courses: we ordered the gnocci and bucatini. Both were nice andflavourful, but our favourite would definitely be the Bucatini dish. The sauce was delicious and the noodles had the perfecttexture. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert, but I'd definitely come back to try their other dishes. Read more

Outstanding food and service! I started with the prosciutto w/horeseradish gnocchi fritto. Then the gnocchi but customized ... because I was torn between the gnocchi and lasagna and Graham suggested this. Fantastic cocktails and wines. Read more

The BEST Italian restaurant we've been to. We tried three different pastas and they were all AMAZING. Everything was so fresh... and delicious. The cocktails were also stunning. We loved the cozy atmosphere. The service was also amazing - Randy was veryfriendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The tiramasu was out of this world. Drinks, dinner and dessert wasoutstanding! Easily one of the best meals we've had EVER! 12/10 highly recommended! Read more
