Drove 30 mins to get pizzas from here. I drove all the way home started eating it and noticed it was not the right one. My... husband drove 30 mins back to grab the right one. Meanwhile I called her to let her know we want the right pizza she said weneed to pay for the new one even though she admitted it was her mistake or we can get a discount on the next pizza even thoughwe could not eat the toppings that were on it. Why would we pay for another when we can?t eat this one we paid for. She said weneed to return the old pizza which he already left without I asked if they want to pick it up because I am not driving another30 mins which would have been 1.5 hours of driving at this point and she said nvm have a good day and hungup on me. Not sure whythey would want us to waste our time and gas for their mistake to bring the old pizza back that we touched and ate from just tothrow it out there??? Poor service. Originally gave a five-star rating which has now been reduced to one star because I've had two issues recently... with CPU Forest Lawn. The first issue was when I called about 1 month ago a guy answers the phone and asks how I can be helped.I tell him I wanted delivery and he said okay. I proceeded to give my toppings and pizza size but was cut short by being rudelyinterrupted with an impatient angry sounding voice of the employee that answered my call asking me if I want delivery or pick upbut with the impatient rude sounding voice and obviously wasn't paying attention enough to hear me when I said I wanted todelivery when the call was originally answered by the employee.. I decided to take the initiative and say I did not want toorder anything because I was very aggravated by the attitude of the employee speaking to me on the phone. The second issue waswhen I called to ask for a delivery and was told my address cannot be found after ordering for 4 years straight and gettingdelivery sent to my same house address I've been using. I was actually surprised that they were willing to lose this muchbusiness from me. I've never been rude to them or inappropriate by any stretch of the imagination but I feel like they have somemanagement issues that need to be taken care of in my opinion. As the saying goes.... Easy come, easy go! Next time think aboutwhat you're saying to your customers, CPU Forest Lawn..... There's tons of competition where CPU Forest Lawn is located so Iwon't have a problem finding another one of their competitors that is actually thinking with their head straight and will beat, match or exceed CPU'S Forest Lawn's quality and service!!!! I always come to this store to buy pizza. But couple days ago I bought 2 slices one was fresh and soft and the other slice was... old and hard to bite. So I had to drive all the way from to explain what they gave and wasted my time and not even apologizing.Very dishonest people be sure to check your food before you go. Always messing up orders. Management is very rude. Order one pizza and they give someone else?s order and the always mess up.... Owner is very rude and they have no customer service. Ive been ordering for about 3 years now never a problem until tonight, the online track said he was on his way it took 30 min... for a 10 minute drive then forgot the debit machine and stood out in the cold with just the box talking to his boss to figureout what to do I had told him to give me the pizza and come back with the machine what else would you do, so the box of pizza inminus 10 for almost 10min was cold so I had to nuke it to have a warm fresh pizza, the managers answer was a 7$discount, and thedriver said he had to make sure it was okay to leave the pizza and come back what the heck else was he going to do? Looks like Iwill pay a bit more and call atlas from now on you lost another customer! Read more
