Ordered delivery from here twice within the last two weeks. First time food came cold as if it was sitting there for a while.... Everything I ordered arrived so that?s what mattered. Second time I ordered was last night. Various items from my order wasmissing and again the food was cold. I received a refund from Uber Eats but honestly staff just seem to lack lots of attention. This location has great customer service, they make sure you get your order quickly, and at times when I have sat inside the... restaurant, their employees come around to the tables and check in to make sure that everything is to your liking. This is defgoing above and beyond, as I've never seen any other fast food place do this. The restaurant looks clean and appear to befollowing all of covid procedures. Also the food was good! Thanx !! The Whopper with cheese was made well here. The service at the drive thru here is pretty good. Not too slow. Inside, it takes... time to get your food here so you are better off going through the drive thru. Exiting onto Memorial Drive here is quitetricky. You have to cut across the parking lot of the funeral home next door in order to enter Memorial. If you take what lookslike the closest exit tge police will give you a ticket because that is an entrance only. Read more

This Burger King has always been generally slow but this experience was brutal. We arrive at 11:40 to this 24hour drive through... with a lineup around the building. Other restaurants around closed at 12 but decided to stay given it is open 24 hours. Afterwaiting 20 minutes just to get to the order screen they greeted us over the speaker just to have us wait again then proceed tohave a employee come out and say there was cleaning going on and only skip the dishes orders were being taken by this time itwas past 12:00 and other restaurant options were no longer open as I drove ahead I noticed the sign saying OPEN 24 HOURS wasstill on with no notice of being closed. An employee opened the window asking if we had the chicken nuggets giving me theimpression there were still orders being taken and I said I was confused why there were no orders being taken when people werestill getting food. They told me that it was skip the dishes but prior we looked online and the delivery was closed. I mentionedthis and he replied they close delivery at 10:00 meaning people were getting order 2+ hours from when they ordered. When I askedwhy they didn?t mention being closed in the past 20 minutes he lied to my face telling me crates were put up in the drivethrough to block people from getting in at 11:55 which is not true because there were also people behind me with the linewrapping around the building. He proceeds to tell me the crates must have been moved which was not true as crates were thereafter we left. We were refused service randomly as we were about to order no notice as people were getting food. This is poormanagement poor communication and absolutely no care to make the restaurant appear closed as the open 24 hour neon sign wasstill on. you are better off ordering McDonald?s no matter how far away it may be anything is better than dealing with thisexcuse for a restaurant with there awful service and lying employees Read more
