Embarrassingly terrible. Waited in drive thru that didn't move for 28 mins. Got to window and rude woman who can't even be... bothered to speak in full sentences asked what I ordered. In general, all the hamburgers have too much or too little sauce and not enough lettuce. It has happened already 3 or more... times. Overall, the staffs are very careless at making the order correct. Most of the time the order is not to oursatisfaction. Read more
Worst drive thru service. The girl with more tattoos than an her IQ has been there forever and has zero f's to give. I hate... seeing here there and she lives at the store working everynight. Stopped eatting at burger king 6 weeks ago. I strongly suggestgoing anywhere but here. Read more
Simply incompetent. It?s as if fast food restaurants don?t pay any attention to dietary requests anymore when a customers places... an order. I asked for no bacon on my burger, cashier repeated the request back to me, then I drove 25 minutes to get back homeONLY TO STILL FIND BACON IN MY BURGER!!!! ???????????? Nice modern setting for a fast food place, staff has always been pleasant to deal with. Fresh to order food, and some great... burger selections... it's a different beast than McDonald's... it's the KING for a reason:) Read more
First time I've been in a Burger King in more than 10 years and somehow it got worse. I'd say I'll try again in another 10 but... they clearly won't be around that long. I was the only customer in the store during morning rush hour. I asked for a sausagecroissant breakfast sandwich and was somehow given a whopper. Coffee was very watery and wasn't acceptable. Once a month, I visit a fast food restaurant for a quick meal. I paid a visit to a Burger King (not far from my home) for the... first time in a long time, wow! I ordered a double whopper with cheese and I was shocked. When I got past all the wrapping(which was ideal for wrapping), the burger featured everything I prefer on a burger. The burger looked like the burger that wasin the picture, and it tasted great. You know how you order burgers from a fast food place and they never look like the burgerin the picture ? It looked better. I was hoping to take it home and eat the burger at home. But no, I ate it on the way home.When I took the first bite, I could not stop. It was awesome. If that burger did not fill me up, I would have gone back formore. This location and the staff who were working @ the 5-6 pm time frame on Saturday, Oct 29, 2022, should be commended. Clonethem.
