Service was great but was very disappointed when it came time to eat the food. The Louisiana chicken was advertised as spicy and... both, my friend, Cole and I (both very big spicy food advocates) Didint taste one bit of spice at all. The salt and pepperchicken was dry and tasteless and left my feeling quite parched. If want somebody behind a counter ti smile and you and treatyou nice, this place is the place for you. Their Bourbon chicken Caesar was delicious! Perfect amount of chicken on top of a Caesar salad.
The staff literally raised her voice at me, gave me something I did not ask for and after being berated multiple times I gave up... and paid because I'm a pushover. Don't bother unless you're ready to have an actual fight over some aggressively mediocre food. Read more
They do not use any compostable containers. Their ones are all Styrofoam containers. When I ask them to pack the food in a... compostable container, they simply said that they are going to use it starting from the next year, adding an excuse that it isdue to a current supply problem , but their next doors are using compostable containers. Please dont put a certain opening time, if the first hour is going to be simply preparing food, with nobody at the counter. You... open after that is complete and you are able to actually serve people. This way you can avoid confusing people like myself whodrive here and have to sit and wait around for 30 minutes+ thinking you guys are open to serve. 2 star because the food isusually alright. Ordered two of their largest meals and spent $40 on our order. When we were finished we had leftovers and I politely asked if we... could have a takeout container. Was told it was going to cost another 25 cents for a takeout container. I expressed mydisappointment that after after a $40 meal they were going to ask me for another debit transaction for a container and insteadhad to ask their competition OPA for one. OPA gladly gave me one for free despite not ordering anything from them. The customerservice they showed was horrendous and proceeded to tell me that maybe I didn?t understand business to which I promptly repliedthat as a business major myself, I understand that losing a regular customer (probably $200 or more a year) for 25 cents wasridiculous and maybe they didn?t understand business. I will not support this business any longer and was appalled they didn?toffer an apology for their terrible customer service. I will gladly support their neighbour OPA who came through when theyfaltered. Read more
