We were Deep South tonight for a kids school activity and hit up BP’s for a late dinner. Livy, our server, was amazing. She... was only two weeks on the job. But she went out of her way to make our evening awesome with her knowledge and fun attitude!! Wesettled on several appetizers: nachos, wings, bandera bread and the new jalapeño cactus cut dip. All of it was phenomenal! Whenthe nachos came out missing the beef, we just asked Livy to delete from the bill. Well, she not only did that. But then shebrought out beef anyways. Who does that? I went to this location this weekend and was pleasantly surprised with food and service. The server recommended a spicy pierogi... pizza which is definitely now a favourite of mine - it was very delicious! Our server was also great. I feel bad that I don'tremember his name but I remember we chatted and he told us he was Brazilian. He was very kind and attentive. I would recommendthis location over any other in the city! I have been a regular of this location and am always overwhelmed by the quality of service I receive here. The servers and... management are very attentive and care about providing their customers with a good experience every time. The food and drinksalways come out quick and accurate to order. The staff is so welcoming and wonderful! Every time we come our waitresses are so kind and the manager was very friendly. We had... a slight issue with our meal but they fixed it very quickly and took full responsibility. That level of maturity really makes aperson want to come back. This is our go to date spot! We had amazing service at this location. Our waitress was very accommodating to us as our child. They allowed us to customize... our meals to our liking as well asking the chef in advance which they agreed. We’re very pleased with the friendly waitresshow professional she was for being young as well. The environment wasn’t loud and the restaurant was very clean. This BP location gives extraordinary service and yummy meals. One of our favourite restaurants around town to take the kids... especially. The meals are served rapidly and the rates were great. Our last visit was awesome thanks to our great waiter, Jack.He’s a hard worker and always made sure we were good and had everything we needed. Nice Job Jack, keep up the good work.
