We’ve gone here several times with the kids. They do Pokémon bingo every now and then and they giveaway prizes for the... winners. It’s great for the kids. Food and service is great, Kristin the manager is a fantastic host/manager. Would recommendchecking out this place. Read more

Terrible experience, went there with my family for Happy Hour and Ordered the food from happy hour menu. Was charged full price... for the whole meal. I only noticed this after I paid. When asked, the server said, I quote ‘I should have clarified thatit’s happy hour, it’s my bad’. I spoke to the manager and she went in to refund using a gift card for $15. After 10 minshe came back with a coupon for ‘$10 off if you spend $40’. What an insult!! And so disrespectful to paying customers.Thisis a badly operated franchise with ineffective staff and manager. We had similar bad experiences in the Chinook branch in thepast. Save your hard earned money from being spent here. Do Not recommend this place. Read more

Good food, Helpful staff no complaints about that but there was very bad experience as so many food flies hovering over food and... even when we were offered to change the table the issue was same. Not happy with the dine in experience. Read more
I like Boston Pizza a lot. I recently visited the Chinook Mall location. The service was great and the food was really good and... served in a timely matter. There is a lot of free parking at the mall. This location is very convenient if you have shopping todo and are gungry. Read more
