We ordered take out but had some troubles at the register. However, the staff were super kind and tried her best to solve the... problem. She even gave us water when we were waiting for the food. I am a bit disappointed with this Boston Pizza lately. Generally I have been very happy with the restaurant, but the last two... times I have ordered take out there have been mistakes. The first occurrence, they forgot to deliver my order. I called afterwe had been waiting for 95 mins. They said they had forgotten to call the delivery driver. I had to wait another hour to receivemy food. The second occurrence ( I did a pick up after the last attempt) , I ordered a salad and did not receive the chicken.Iwent back to pick it up after calling , the lady said it would be ready and I waited 10-15 minutes for said piece of chicken. Idrove back home and realized they have not given me the chicken I had asked for. I requested breaded not grilled. At this pointI do not plan to order a meal from this restaurant for quite some time. I placed on order through skip the dishes and there was an item not delivered. I called the restaurant to see if they could send... me what was missing and they said they could not help me because the order was through skip the dishes. All the manager had tosay was that it must have been left in the car from skip the dishes. He said that they couldn’t send me what was missingbecause their driver was out on deliveries. I spent almost $80 at their restaurant tonight and they had no solution for me otherthan it must have been left in the drivers car. Unbelievably terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from themagain. I also just contacted skip the dishes and the missing item was in fact NOT left in the drivers car. We have lived in Riverbend for a number of years 25 to be exact. This location has always been a disappointment. Lack of... training of staff and poor food quality. I’m sure they stay open because of the lounge. I would expect a 20.00 wrap to atleast have a taste other than mayo, minimal chicken with no taste (supposed to be Thai chicken) my 10 year old asked why I wouldorder a mayonnaise wrap . Spend your money elsewhere. Very unfortunate as it’s one of the only family establishments in thearea. Could be so much better for a big chain. Do a renovation like everyone else in the area. Best BP I have ever been to! My partner and I were both very happy with the meals we got! Steak was perfectly seasoned and... grilled, the sides that were recommended complemented the steak very well! Pasta we ordered was made as we have asked. Extracheese and baked! Our appetizers were delicious as well! This location have very accommodating staff! Well deserved 5stars!!Definitely we will return to this location! Read more
The food was good, as you expect...everyone was friendly but my gosh sooo many mess ups in our order! First the server forgot... our drinks, which we told him about but our food was already on the table so we didn't want them.
