We ordered take out but had some troubles at the register. However, the staff were super kind and tried her best to solve the... problem. She even gave us water when we were waiting for the food. I am a bit disappointed with this Boston Pizza lately. Generally I have been very happy with the restaurant, but the last two... times I have ordered take out there have been mistakes. The first occurrence, they forgot to deliver my order. I called afterwe had been waiting for 95 mins. They said they had forgotten to call the delivery driver. I had to wait another hour to receivemy food. The second occurrence ( I did a pick up after the last attempt) , I ordered a salad and did not receive the chicken.Iwent back to pick it up after calling , the lady said it would be ready and I waited 10-15 minutes for said piece of chicken. Idrove back home and realized they have not given me the chicken I had asked for. I requested breaded not grilled. At this pointI do not plan to order a meal from this restaurant for quite some time. I placed on order through skip the dishes and there was an item not delivered. I called the restaurant to see if they could send... me what was missing and they said they could not help me because the order was through skip the dishes. All the manager had tosay was that it must have been left in the car from skip the dishes. He said that they couldn’t send me what was missingbecause their driver was out on deliveries. I spent almost $80 at their restaurant tonight and they had no solution for me otherthan it must have been left in the drivers car. Unbelievably terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from themagain. I also just contacted skip the dishes and the missing item was in fact NOT left in the drivers car.
