Well I just briefly called at about 9:50pm to ask what time the kitchen was cooking till. The response given by the young girl... who answered "Kitchen is closed, have a good night!" (Hangs up phone immediately) Wow it has actually been quite awry at thatlocation, with the young staff on my last couple of orders and visits. Good place to stop in for pizza and beer. Pizza was good and the bigass scooners were even better.
I'd love this place since it's open, It's because of the community atmosphere they bring. There's a new generation of servers... and cook so you have to be a little patient BUT The payoff is service that is second to none. I highly recommend going here Justfor the fact of the community atmosphere, It's also wonderful to watch such amazing Young people put in good effort to give youquality service. Read more
Posting this review to bring awareness to our great service and food. Also posting as a follow up to the latest review which we... witnessed ourselves last night on the patio @ BP's. We overheard the complaints, witnessed the exchange between the assistantmanager & the guests who were complaining about how long their meal took to receive and how it tasted horrible.... it'simportant to note that we were an unbiased third party and can confirm much of the review is not accurate. The manager wasapologetic and only became upset when the guest told her "screw you". She apologized, took a meal completely off the bill andthen further discounted it by 10%. Nothing she said or did satisfied the guests. One of the meals (which was removed from thebill) was partially eaten. The other meal was gone, yet the customer complained it was "lousy". I did not witness the exchangeover payment or the receipt but I can say that for a couple that were upset about how long their meal took to arrive at theirtable they spent over half an hour waiting outside on the steps of the restaurant, in no hurry to leave. They made other guestsfeel uncomfortable and the servers & manager were obviously upset about the situation because they refused to leave. The policewere called by staff and many guests supported this as they witness the poor behavior from the customers. Went there for a simple drinking and a meal. After waiting for an hour for the food to come the waitress said she forgot to put... in the order. The food finally arrived and it was lousy. The assistant manager who apparently took over from the waitress was adisaster, rude, aggressive, unapologetic she had a bad attitude and understood nothing about customer service. We paid the billas presented which she tore in front of us and then refused to provide us a copy. The police had to be called who asked her tofinally give us a copy of our bill. I don't know how any company can do business like that. Customer Services is primary. Havingsuch a rude and bad attitude staff who are in the post of assistant manager is just appalling. Stay away!!! Went here on Friday night and the service was great. We asked for the old 'Zorba the Greek' pizza and they made it for us. The... food was great tasting and would recommend this location to everyone. Read more
