Pizza was dry and lacked flavour. Boston brute was soggy. Had the very same meals in Trail BC and it was amazing. Not entirely... sure what the difference would be considering this is a franchise but some where along the line someone obviously dropped theball. Our first order was incorrect and by the time we drove back to the resteraunt to get the correct order our food was coldby the time we sat down to eat. Maybe old Jim should take less time being on Shark Tank and spend more time looking into thequality his franchise owners are putting out. We have been to this BP location a few times.. it's so big and spacious.. lots of yummyyy food on their menu.. but if you are... looking for something spicy Classic nachos is one of the dishes to try on.. always looking forward to BP visit.. ???? Read more
Kitchen was super backed up, but restaurant wasn't full? Steak just tasted like salt and pepper, meat in my sandwich was super... dry. Random portions of fries for our dishes. Would've given less stars if it weren't for the super friendly waitress. Read more
Food was good but both my salad and my meal came at the same time. Had to send my meal back to keep warm as I wanted to eat my... salad first. Then they brought my meal back out before I was finished eating my salad. The waitress never came back, sheseemed more interested in helping/talking to the people at the next table. Had a great experience taking the Stampeders bus from this location. Includes the ticket, bus ride there and back and a beer at... BPs – great value! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I recommend as it’s a great way to not have to worryabout parking and getting to and from stadium. The only thing to keep in mind is the section is the sunny side of stadium –be prepared on the really hot days! Great time overall! Read more
The waitress was fantastic, great attentive service. The food was great too, a nice lunch of broccoli cheddar soup which was... hearty, chock full of both cheese and brocolli. My friend had the French Onion which she said was very good and we also sharedsome calamari with chili lime sauce which was tasty but I would have preferred it a bit zestier. Overall, great experience andreally good food. Remember to tip your server as they deserve it, great service! Read more
I went here for lunch and was very pleased with the service! The server I had was really good, she made sure I had everything I... needed and, stopped by a few times afterwards to make sure my food was good. I got ordered a burger and it came reasonablyquick. The restaurant was very clean, the staff can do the Covid checks quickly, the staff is awesome and the food is good. Ifelt like this is one of the better Boston pizzas I have visited. Read more
Just had a terrible experience here. When we were seated, the table next to us had a garbage can on it, dirty dishes and... napkins. It was never addressed the entire time we were there. Then, my child vomited (not the restaurants fault) but I wasignored by three staff members when I tried to ask for my bill, napkins, etc. And again, no one came to address the mess on thefloor, which you think would become priority number 1 when other people are trying to dine out.
