I very rarely leave negative reviews, and prefer to give the benefit of the doubt? However, In the past 6 months I have had... consistently very negative experiences with this location after having come here for over 20 years. The staff are either notready 20-30m after they?ve opened, or have been locked out of the store and aren?t able to open it at all, much less on time. Myvery simple (2 juices) orders have been incorrect on at least 4 occasions in this time. The poor fellow today is alone, and doesnot know how to operate the computer so he can receive payment. I don?t know who owns/manages this location but after this muchconsistent frustration, I?m done. Read more

Slowest service ever. We ended up leaving as we were in line for 10 mins + waiting while the employees just stood around. I... watched them clean out the blenders, sanitize them etc?. Right after, without even letting the sanitizer dry, they startedputting liquid/fruit in it for someone?s smoothie?. You?d think you?re getting something healthy, in reality you?re drinkingsome fruit with a splash of sanitizer. Not coming back. Read more

I ordered 2 smoothies online from the Westhills location. We were under a time crunch so I figured ordering ahead would be... safe. I arrived at the time it said they would be ready. The place was in chaos! Apparently they were out of lids for theregular sized cups and this threw them off I guess. Mid-day on a Saturday and only two employees were working. While I waited aline started to form, which was ignored. Three delivery service drivers showed up and their orders were not ready either. After a few walk in customers received their order while myself and another gal continued to wait, I asked about my order. Theyclaimed that it hadn't come in and when I questioned him about it he said that it was a problem with headquarters not them andplus they were very busy, as if that was an excuse. They were working their butts off and clearly were stressed but why didn'tthey have more staff. The store was also dirty, not just the floors but the seating areas as well. I will never go back tothis location. I wasted a half an hour of my day despite planning ahead and ordering in advance. Read more

Took forever honestly it seemed like the owners were working (2 unhappy older men) and had zero clue what they were doing. On... one hand it was enjoyable seeing them fail to do what they expect out of under paid staff. On the other hand it took half anhour to get a smoothie. Apparently they keep their staff tips as well which might be part of why they don?t have workers. Read more

I was just in there ordering food/drinks and the 3 staff members were amazing. Incredibly efficient and fast even though it was... very busy. So much so that I felt inclined to leave a review for them. I wish I could have left a tip without it going to theowner/had cash on me. Read more

If you?re ever thinking of working here or buying from this location, PLEASE read this first. Aside from failing to give tips to... the workers, the boss and supervisor are known for not paying their workers on time. I?m talking up to 7 days of delay withoutnotice, from experience of my coworkers. In my case, I got paid 18 days after the promised date. The supervisor fails to respondto calls and texts regarding questions about the paycheck, blaming the payroll department for not paying but refusing to showproof that there is one, or if money were sent. Furthermore, the boss and the supervisor would leave without notice in themiddle of rush hours and make the poor workers deal with customer service and preparation on their own. Safe to say that it?stypical when there?s only one person to manage all of this. Before you buy your smoothie from this place, think about how theworkers are being treated there. Behind the hard working and overwhelmed workers there?s an ignorant management team. So pleasedon?t waste your time at this location, whether it?s working there or simply buying from there. My experience here wasabsolutely horrendous, so please be advised that this place is not worth of your time and money. Read more

I used to come here often as the young woman who used to work here was very sweet and adorable, but I soon found out about how... horrible the ownership is! They don't even give their workers the tips! Do not support this business unless you want to give tothe greedy owners rather than the hard workers! Read more

It was a busy time when we went there. Service was fast. Staffs are nice and the store is very clean. You'll know that the... staffs do care about the cleanliness of the store.
