Really not impressed! I ordered a celery juice, that's it, nothing fancy. They gave me a small cup that isn't even as tall as a... pop can and charged me almost $12!! A stalk of celery isn't even a quarter of that and it doesn't take an entire stalk to makethat much. Read more
I go to several locations of Booster Juice and they are all usually very good. This one is just plain dirty. The public... washroom looked like it had not been cleaned for many days. It was disgusting. My drink was good and the young lady who servedme was very attentive but said it was her first day. The other staff (4) were having a great time chatting. I reported thewashroom to one of the regular staff who said the washroom was not meant for the public, since Covid!. I told her that I wouldnot be back. Read more
Came in on the weekend for a smoothie and was extremely unimpressed by the lack of professionalism. They had the music cranked... so loud you had to yell out your order. Some older Asian woman came in and was literally pushing her way around customers andbeing very rude to staff. I assume she?s some sort of manager or owner but her presence brought the entire place downdrastically. When she first came in, she tried to cut the entire line and was told to go to the back of the line. She was veryrude with the staff after that. I?ll be going to Jugo juice instead from now on. They don't know how to make fresh juice. We ordered 2 different fresh juice drinks, the first one had waaay to much carrot juice... (that's all you could taste) and the 2nd one was not only watered down but also so much ginger it actually burned my throat.MORE TRAINING NEEDED. Read more
Ordered a smoothie and the choizo egg wrap. For $13 the wrap was completely cold inside, the top layer of wrap was toasted, the... chorizo tastes like the smell of dog food. The staff was friendly. The drink was good. But seriously $13?! Wow. Read more
Best customer service!!! I had a co-worker pick up a drink for me and there was a mix up and I received the wrong flavour. Not... only were they super courteous on the phone when I called in to explain the issue but they offered me a replacement, weeks laterwhen I was able to return they remembered my name and the order. This place was very disorganised today. Staff looked like chickens running around not knowing what orders were up. Multiple... customers and skip drivers were getting upset. I had to stand and stare at my smoothie for 3 minutes in the blender while thethey were making up new ones and serving them. One employee ran to to the back to take a personal call on their cell while allthis was going on. Not impressed today ???????? Read more
I don't even know where to begin with this location. Too many issues to list. The main one is leaving key ingredients out of... shakes, or switching ones because they're out of something and not telling you that they've done this. They need new managementor employees that have integrity. Something needs to change there... drastically! It is worth going out of your way to deerrun,seton or willow park location. Read more
