We live close to this store so sometimes we go there in the mornings. The service is really slow most of the times which is... acceptable at some extent because they?re short staffed. We went there yesterday and ordered panini, we were never informed thatthey don?t have green and red peppers. After we left we opened our 2 panini bags and guess what only cheese and chicken in ourpaninis, not even enough sauce!!! We couldn?t even go back since we were in rush. Also i ordered tahiti squeeze juice which onlyhad strawberries in it and tons of seeds sitting at the bottom of the glass!! Unacceptable!! Read more

I come in and I'm greeted by the employee: Hi what can I get for you? And I say: Give me a moment I'm just going to take a... look at your menu. 20 seconds go by and he says again: What can I get for you? I look at him and he looks at me as if I'mwasting his time, but there is no other customer at the store except me. I ordered my smoothie without having read all thechoices cause he was obviously in a hurry. That day I started feeling a pinch in my throat, and 2 days later I came down witha nasty cough and cold chest infection. I can't pinpoint for sure if it was due to this smoothie because it tasted great; andalso because I had another meal at a different place that same morning, but needless to say it is highly suspicious. This place is disgusting. I ordered a wrap and a smoothie through skip the dishes and I recieved a smoothie that smelled like I... left it out in the sun for 3 days. Extremely lazy employees, especially the short guy with glasses. I?m lactose intolerant and whenever I call ahead of time to... make a custom order they claim the meat is still frozen. Last time I called to place an order ahead of time because I wasclose-by, he claimed they were busy but I was already nearby so it was too late to go to a different location. I came in threeminutes later and guess what? There was only one customer in the store. Tried calling the next day to place an order and itdidn?t go through, so I tried with a different number on the same phone and guess what it went through. So yeah they literallyblocked my number because making a panini without cheese is too much work. Yet they always take my tip. Most likely the lasttime I?ll ever go there. Read more
