Nice small vietnamese restaurant in the area. Not too popular around busy hours. Good for quiet people. I tried out their House... special soup here which is #24. Taste similar to what I usually get with other vietnamese restaurants which is good to know whatI will be expecting but the portion of what you get is a little disappointing. 15$ for a regular size dish compared to otherrestaurants who offer a larger portion is a huge downside for me. Although portion wide on their soup is negative, they do havea big menu to compensate for their portion compared to other vietnamese restaurants. Service is average. They come to yourtable to get your order and that's about it. I didn't get time to talk to them. The atmosphere is leans towards subtle quietnessbut looks very much like a modern restaurant. Overall, it ain't bad. Worth the try for a starving stomach. Read more

Disappointing, there is no uniqueness. The taste of everything just felt cheap and quick. The portion of meat you get is a third... of most Vietnamese restaurants in the city. Upsetting to see this is what we have in the new NE. I have the special pho, theshrimp+pork+beef vermicelli, pork sub and sate beef sub. The pho had no little meat, with a powdered mix broth(or at least whattasted like it). The subs lacked flavour, the used jalapeños instead of traditional peppers. The vermicelli didn?t come withits spring rolls. Will not be recommending, over priced and under delivered. Read more

Wanted to grab a quick drink and try out a Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk. Disappointed with the serving as its... literally less than half a cup and just filled to the top with ice to make up for it. $6 for this. Read more

There was one other reviewer who mentioned that the folks who are the owners or who run the restaurant are either new to making... Pho or don't know what they're doing. I tend to agree. After dining here yesterday evening, I thought it important that I postmy review as honestly as possible. The only redeeming quality was that the spring rolls actually had discernable flavor. Thesoup itself tasted like dishwater with no seasoning and a few morsels of meat thrown in. I?m not sure how the other reviewer?ssaid that the food here tasted good, because it surely did not. Now, I?m no expert at making Vietnamese cuisine, but went everyother restaurant I?ve ever been to has actual flavour in the broth and this one seriously tasted like dishwater, I think it sayssomething. I won?t be coming back. Read more

This restaurant is really good. The staff is very helpful, nice and friendly. The dishes are delicious and volume of food served... is very generous. I love the noodles soup, it has an extraordinary taste. The fried rice is cooked in the perfect way, it isneither greasy nor too wet...it is just perfect. The price is very fair for the quality and quantity of food served. In myopinion one of the best vietnamese restaurants I have ever visited while in Canada. It is highly recommended. Read more

I decided to try this Pho restaurant and it was very disappointing, it seem like this family owned business doesn?t have much... experience in making Pho. I tried there number 24 Special House pho soup, in a large size but it looks like a Small size andnot filling. The pho is too Salty!!!! the broth is flavourless that they made it like only water and salt and especiallymissing the secret ingredient which most other restaurants would have. Seems most of the pho dishes are only one size which islarge but expensive $12.00 and I got the wrong size. It is very disappointing. I have had better pho places than this place inthe whole city of Calgary. That is why I have this restaurant only a 1 star. This pho place needs a lot of work andimprovements if they want to have a better business, even tho we are still in a pandemic most people would be more happy if theygot good food to there table.
