Today I was her for 1st time. I asked some information about the menu and I was informed that both the quesadillas and tacos... come with chips and salsa. When I ordered I wanted some sour cream or burrito pink sauce inside my quesadilla, to which I wasreplied ? NO ? that I only get sour cream and salsa on the side. When I got at the cash I was told that this menu did not comewith the chips. They are in a rush to serve costumer as fast as possible and forget to provide a good customer serviceexperience as the 3 of them are just running to pass us a quick as possible, while they are chatting in there language betweenthem (so not really paying attention to the client?s) The two ( Japanese I think) girl before me had questions about the menuas well, but they where also rush to the cash?.. overall good quesadilla, But for me the service is what makes the difference. Saw an Instagram ad for Cinco de Mayo and decided to go here to try out my first ever burrito. Von or Vaughn was very patient... with me as he walked me through all of the toppings and suggestions. I was surprised that it didn't taste bad. I never likedbeans, so in my head I thought it would have tasted disgusting, but it wasn't. The prices do look steep if it wasn't for theCinco de Mayo special prices. I would say that I left indifferent for the taste for burritos. In essence, I won't crave it, butI won't reject it. I love barburrito!! My favorite good, cheap, fast Mexican place. This location is good but they don't have the bang bang shrimp... which is my fav but I love all the fresh ingredients! The guys at this location are always friendly too, highly recommend! Read more
I generally love BarBurrito, I choose it anytime I am in south Calgary. I recently learned one opened up at South Centre Mall-... I made a detour to go to the food court and order my basic veggie bowl of rice, beans, lettuce etc... I have never ever beendished up such frugal portions, it was appalling! They gave me an ice cream size scoop of rice, so I asked for more and theygave me another half scoop. More than half of the base of my bowl was still showing! Normally fresh Mexican bowls have adecent base of rice. They slivered on the guac, like literally scrapped a butter size knife worth on it and charged me a dollarfor one more portion. ( At other locations I have been impressed with the normal to generous amount of guac.) My meal cost overtwelve dollars , please note there is NO meat and cheese on it, Just beans, rice, lettuce tomato and guac. Super basic. It feltlike robbery. Do better please! Read more
They rushed making the food, dumped cold salsa in the burrito, warmed up the bread for 3 seconds, toasted at the end 30 seconds,... when my son ate it was soggy disgusting food, will never eat here again Read more
