The food was very good, but what stood out was the service. Despite being quite busy with in-store customers and delivery... orders, both staff members took time to explain the new crunchy chicken options to me in great detail. They were extremelycommunicative, courteous, and efficient. They definitely made an average visit sometime special. Read more

This was pretty good, but nothing special. I feel like they skimped out a bit on the meat. Loaded up on the rice and... beans. There seemed to be some sort of sweet sauce which was really nice. I got it with the spicey salsa but didn't taste evena hint of spice which was weird. Fries for a side were good and very crispy. Overall I felt like it was a bit over priced. Shawnessy location, cheap with the toppings & did not use a spoon strainer with the beans. Disappointed as it was a... recommendation to try. Not worth the cost for $14 & possibly tip, I expect the bowl to be loaded...I'll make my own. Read more
