Called in and the staff member very extremely rude trying to place my order, certainly sounds like they don't want to be there.... Way pretty annoyed by the service so I did not ended up placing my order. I'll never eat at this place and I can't believepeople like this have a job in customer service. Ordered over $100 of takeout. Items missing, chicken tasted and smelled fishy - my kids wouldn't eat it so had to throw out.... Fries burnt. Tried calling and they don't answer the phone. Avoid this location. Update: emailed feedback and did notreceive any response. Read more
Ordered on Uber. Had to cancel the order due to a small error, and did so seconds after placing the order. Then submitted the... correct order. Restaurant charged for both orders but only sent us the one. Uber refunded their fees but said the restaurantdid not have to refund since they had already accepted the order. I submitted, canceled and resent the order within seconds. Ihave an extremely hard time believing that this place was halfway through making my order and had to cover the cost of lostproduct. The extreme fries are good but the burritos are way smaller than what the sign shows. I paid extra for guacamole and they give... you a tiny scrape of it. The spicy chicken was dry and not spicy at all. The staff were friendly at least. Read more
I have ordered food from here before but this time tonight the quanity was way less than its ever been. There is barely any rice... in my chicken bowl and the taco chips Supreme didnt have that much topppings it was all at the top and then you just get plainchips when there isnt much toppings like their normally is Read more
Every time we come here, the hard shell tacos are always stale and smell horrible, they have obviously gone bad by the foul oil... smell. Alongside this, the guy making the food is extremely slow, and lacks common hygiene. There was a pen and sticky notes onthe aluminum foil used to wrap burritos and he moved the items and wrapped my burrito up in the same foil that those items werelaying on; made me feel a little sick.
