I have to complain about some ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service I received at the Crowfoot Calgary. It was at 4:30 on Nov 17, the... staff were tremendously curt and rude. They gave me serious 8 or 9 kernels of cheese and when I asked for more they maybe haveanother 5. They gave half the meat I usually get and when I asked for signature hot sauce they put on a TON and literallylaughed in my face and spoke about me a different language to each other. Excellent, high quality burrito different from other Mexican food chains. Ingredient quality was very high and our ?taco-maker?... was so nice and attentive while making our tacos/burritos. We also came in near closing time while they were packing up andwe?re still able to serve us no no issues. Read more
I have been to BarBurrito crowfoot location twice; and was never disappointed with either the food and the service. We ordered... veggie burrito. The food was warm and delicious. The staff were super friendly and quick. The place was very neat and clean. Iwould highly recommend this location for Mexican food ???? Read more
Worst experience yet. Last order everything was incorrect. Today I ordered 3 combos, they made all the tacos THEN made the... fries, one of which was an extreme fry. So after waiting an additional 5 minutes for the fries to be finish, when she wasbagging them up she dropped the extreme fries. I understand thingd happen and people have bad days. She didn't even acknowledgethis and just put more fries on, so another 6 minutes later, she calls me over and put them in the bag, which she was strugglingto do, and the top one, which is the extreme fry just falls on its side, she didn't even care just tied the bag up and literallyplopped them on the tray in front of me and says "thank you". One of the worst meals I have ever had!!!! Ordered 3 chicken soft tacos and a chicken burrito. Waited for the orders to be... completed. Got home, both the burrito and tacos meat were ICE COLD and my drive was 10 minutes in duration to get home. Ever since this location has opened it has been a downhill slide on the quality of food. Very unprofessional behaviour with handing order to delivery driver. Once I came to the store lady asked my order number and I... told her the number. Once she?s done making the food she wanted the order number again. I refuse to tell the order number again.Rude lady did not give me order after I waited 25 minutes.
