Cheapest restaurant of the town. I requested them to foil my naan as I?m going far and naans will get cold by the time I?ll... reach there. They took the naans and foiled it and then asked for $3 just to foil it, like for real? Ok they charged me $3 forfoiling it but atleast let me know before that there will be charges so I can decide whether I still want it or not. Oh no butthey would never tell as they want to rip you off and earn money like that. I would have rather bought a foil for $1.50 fromdollarama and wrap it. Also Increased the prices for naan two weeks ago but still shows the old price online. If they cannotupdate it online then at least tell people on call while they?re ordering for takeout. Naans are delicious, probably the best in the city. Improvement is needed on the service as it is always slow, expect to wait at... least 15-20 mins even when ordering over the phone. The seekh kababs were amazing as well. Read more

This place was my go to for naans but in past few there service has declined so much. Lady in front has zero customer service... skills. I ordered well in advance and drove all the way from tuscany but when I arrived I was told that it will takeapproximately 1 hour because equipment was not workin. I could see other lady pulling out naans from the machine and giving itto another customer. You guys have zero value for someone's time. So yesterday I got 12 naan and two plates of chapli kabab, upon coming home I found the kababs were not cooked properly and... we?re breaking easily. next morning found a hair in the naan. Called to notify store and the person was very rude accusing me ofconsuming all the food and asking for more food but I merely called to notify them to use caution in future but guy didn?t letme talk. Telling me he had 25 years of customer service experience but he was telling me his age not the experience. Guy didn?teven apologize once but kept on saying why I didn?t bring food back right away to which I replied I had to leave for work. The lady in the front was quite rude. She does not smile and has zero manner when it comes to talking to customers. They should... consider putting someone else in the front as the image of the restaurant is dependent on the encounter with the host. I hadordered in advance but still had to wait 20 minutes. Best naans in the town. Soft and fluffy. Freshly cooked in front of you. Plus great offer 12 naans for $12. Haven?t tried any... other from this restaurant yet but a huge fan of their naans. They have hugh collection of different karahi (dishes). Hopefullythey will taste as good as there naans. Read more
