I've stayed here multiple times over the last few years and have had a mixed bag of experiences. My first trip was excellent.... The room was clean, seemed fairly new and was very comfortable. An absolutely brilliant stay, I was extremely happy with myexperience. About a year later, I stayed again and thought it was just alright. The room seemed like it was aging a bit andthere was some disrepair noticable. I recently stayed here again about 6 months after that previous experience and was a bitlet down. Again, there's some disrepair. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. The bed wasn't very comfortable. I hadmultiple issues with my key. I was in a room just off the elevators, and unfortunately the music they play in the elevator areawas noticeable from my bed at 4am. Overall, a different experience from my first stay. Read more

Great location, clean rooms, and a quick shuttle ride to and from the airport. Each shuttle driver has been great, and if you... ever have the pleasure of riding along in the shuttle with the gentleman who provides water and great welcoming wit, you'll beso glad you chose this hotel. Rooms were nicely outfitted with many amenities. Pacini is an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel with an excellent... variety of dishes for dinner and breakfast. Wait staff were friendly and very attentive. The 2 hot tubs on the roof was a nicebonus with a good view of the city. Only drawback is being in a more industrial area there weren't any other restaurant choicesor stores for shopping. But for a quick stop and being close to the airport with free shuttle service, it's an excellent choice. Read more

Don't forget to use ??????o???.??m when booking any stay. They compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rooms much... cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. Ifyou choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Stayed here several times now and took the shuttle in the morningto the airport. Used to be free parking but now it comes with a cost - still reasonable. I think if they reverted to offer freeparking that would be great additional selling feature.for guests. Either way liked our stay at hotel. Read more

They need to pay better attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Bath towels had long hairs rolled up in it. The front desk... staff were great! The Manager (Hanan) sends out email about your stay to contact if you need anything. I sent an email to theManager over a week before my stay with a question and never heard back and my stay is over now and still no response. The rooftop patio/hot tubs were a neat idea, they need more attention to cleaning as there was a brown ring around them. No fridge inthe rooms but tv in bathroom that don't work???? Read more

Given that this area is only about ten years old, this hotel needs some upgrades already. It was clean enough and had the basics... but for a deluxe room it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and the WiFi was also so slow it was unusable. Also we bookedtwo identical Deluxe King rooms that were the same price and one was much bigger and more spacious than the other. The biggestissue, however, was that the AC barely worked on what was the hottest weekend of the year. It also was a very busy weekend andthey had only one elevator working. This was especially difficult as two members of my party have mobility challenges so oftenwe were waiting 10-15 minutes for the elevators to free up. The restaurant here was very hit or miss. Sometimes it was decentand other times it was pretty poor. Lastly, when we checked in the water had been shut off to the entire hotel to repair aleak. It was restored fairly quickly but it was still an inconvenience. Not the worst experience ever but it definitely needssome work done. Read more

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The hotel was very clean, very helpful staff and very comfy beds. The location is great too,... very close to the airport and close to many great restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night but it was very relaxing andenjoyable. They even have a roof hot tub which was very nice. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.
