it has happened! I waited for this moment! I stopped going into to the general cleanliness and pretty much stopped going until... this fateful moment. My breakfast had multiple hairs in it. Im bald Ive noticed They really focus on quick service, thé kidsfrom the high school etc. That might not care. I knew I was in trouble when they fed my dog treats and they neglected to washtheir hands and just wipe it on a napkin. If I have to mention it we have a problem. The best A&W in Calgary! This restaurant is immaculately clean, it has a friendly staff(shoutout to James,Rose,Cris,Irina,... Jillian!!!) The owners are very active member of the community, always helping out. My little boys always enjoy going here fortheir most fave chicken strips meal and the hand washing stations are just amazing! I am a regular customer at this location and wanted to share my experience after deciding to dine in. We always use the sink... located by the condiments and soda machine and when we tried to wash our hands the water was not functioning. I tried tomention this to the staff in the back and they rudely responded by saying I need to tell someone at the front not them. I toldthem they should notify the front and they refused. I have had previous great experiences with the drive through staff but ithas not been good at all with the staff in the back. Read more

I ordered on skip the dishes and my pies were missed. No big deal at all. Instead of just letting me get a credit on skip, they... called me and let me know that someone would be dropping them off for me. And then they called again to let me know that theywere on their way. INCREDIBLE! I am totally blown away by the service. Thank you to the staff!!
