Please teach your employees that a FRIED EGG is the same as sunny side up and what medium fried means. It does not mean raw... gooey egg which isn?t set on top. Always a disappointment getting eggs at A&W, nobody in the entire company seems to know whatfried means. This location just has really sad looking staff (who I can barely hear while ordering). watched beardo fry cook bite his nails while cooking up my onion rings.... that were soggy, burger was luke warm cold bun.... Subpar quality from this location multiple times. Its a shame Petro Canada has to share lease space with such an awfully runburger shed. Read more
Never go here for breakfast; they gave me 2 sandwiches soaked through the buns, wrapper, and bags with grease. I like greasy... food, but this was unfit for human consumption. The buns were almost see-through and too slippery to pick up. Manager Simranpromised me a free lunch to make up for it. When I got there, she changed her mind and only wanted to give me more disgustinggreasy breakfast sandwiches, and after much disrespect, they begrudgingly gave me a refund. Every time I going to this location, the coupons do not work, They used to work on the app, now they do not, and "apparently" *... only work in store.. Why is that? When I went in last week to use a coupon, I showed it to the cashier, but when she rang in myorder she did not apply it, and then when I tried to tell her that I did show her the coupon, she said that they cannot applythe coupon after the transaction has been completed. How convenient! This has happened more than once now. My sense is that theydeliberately avoid accepting the coupons as much as they can. This should be corrected, and they need to fix the problem withthe app, and the coupons not working. They also seem to give priority to "Skip the Dishes" orders to the extent that they willmake other customers wait. I once waited over half an hour for my food because they were prioritizing Skipthedishes orders overwalk in customers, and not fulfilling the orders in the correct order of when the order was given. The friendly staff and food at Cranston A&W are always outstanding. I ordered a bacon and egg English muffin breakfast sandwich.... Love the cheese and bacon and it was made fresh to order - I recommend this sandwich known as a Bacon and Egger. Coffee is veryrich and flavourful - I think A&W has my most favourite coffee to go. First off this place needs to stop focusing on getting orders out in the same order they are made. Creates huge bottlenecks. I... personally watched 3 people wait for their meal in the warmer while they tried to sort one large order, moving around items fromdifferent bags wasting time while people's ready orders sit there and go stale. My order was one of them, after waiting for 15min I expected piping hot crispy fries, turns out the whole wait was for them to package the other order... so my food was inthe warmer the entire time. You guys need more than 3 people working... cause it's not working out for you, stressful watchinghow little process you have, no clear handoffs or quality check. All around chaotic business operations. How much food do youguys waste trying to pre-make food and re-deep fry it for 30 seconds so it seems fresh (I witnessed this 2 weeks prior)? Alsodidn't get the bottled water I paid for or the right dipping sauces. Inflation is insane right now & this location falls flat onthe service & quality that drives customers to your franchise & location despite the extra fees. Honestly had a few fries andthrew rest out. Won't be back after last 2 visits seeing how they pre-cook it all, quickly warm up & serve it still cold &stale. It's gross and presents health concerns. Read more
