??Ordered a buddy Burger apple pies and onion rings. The service was a bit cold, the apple pies were definitely old and... cold.???????????? The onion rings weren't that hot for fresh cooked food which is odd????. Compared to most AW's it wasn't verygood. I hate to give a negative report honestly????. There was no one in front of us, the drive-thru was (On a Friday night, 6)empty, it still took them 10 minutes + to put the order together for seemingly pre? prepared old and cold food. My comparativeexpectations come from Northland A&W????, where food comes hot fresh tasty delivered fast????????????. Ordered 2 baby burgers and onion rings and my burger bun was moldy. Spent the whole night puking. Will never get AW again. Avoid... this location. Drive 5 minutes north and go to the beddington one if you want burgers with non moldy buns Read more

A&W used to be a place where you spend a little bit more on your burger BUT it was worth it! They were a clear cut above the... rest both in terms of food quality and service! But after this visit and the previous few, I am confident in saying that A&Whas officially lost me as a customer. The food quality has been terrible and its very clear to me, as a 2-time ex-employee, thatthe standards of the restaraunt are either not adhered to or simply no longer established at all! I am truly disappointedthough... If I see physical proof that the teen burger you now charge $7.50 for is actually worth it then I might change my mindand try again but until then, I guess Ill just be disappointed for less at McDonalds... Staff are rude. Ordered two meals in the drive thru looked in the bag saw two burgers and two fries so I went home when I got... home I realized it wasn?t my order so I drove back politely asked for the food I order and go screamed at saying without areceipt they?re would be no way of changing my order. But I wasn?t givin a receipt. The lady ended up taking my bag took theburgers out with her bare hands and started lifting the bun with no gloves and then tried to give it back to me saying shecouldn?t do anything about it. Also the manager was very disrespectful telling me he doesn?t have the time to deal with my issueas if I wasn?t a paying customer. Read more
It?s a funny story. While we were at this plaza I asked my friend what should we have KFC OR A&W? He replies if we are going... greasy why not go all the way and eat KFC ! I would suggest you to listen to my friend because I didn?t. Ordered drive through.Requested freshly made and seasoned onion rings , willing to wait. Surprise surprise they were not fresh. They probably thoughtlet?s reheat it who would know? How would they know? I am here to tell you that you should skip this A&W . If you think thepicture is bad of these rings I can?t tell you the after taste of that over heated reused for 3 days fry oil reeks in mouth toregret.
