Was going to get a breakfast this morning but didn?t even enter the shop due to the number of crackheads outside blocking the... entrance and sidewalk. Living locally I?ve noticed this becoming more of an issue mainly I think because this is a 24/7location. The management really need to deal with this problem because quite frankly it doesn?t feel safe. Enabling and allowingpeople to stand outside your premises smoking crack pipes is very poor for business. I for one won?t be going back anytime soon. Read more
I have been coming to your location for 4 years. I just came into your location an hour ago & ordered a chicken buddy with... mozzarella cheese & received a regular buddy with cheddar cheese. It would be nice to be acknowledged & heard for what Iactually ordered. Nicole & Tasha NEVER get my orders wrong, because they are awesome workers & people. Went for pancakes, told can't have pancakes after 11. Ok, I get it. But sign says "all day breakfast". The biggest... disappointment is the attitude of the lady serving me. ATTITUDE! Unnecessary. Over pancakes! Tall thin "alternative" lookinglady. Gotta work on the customer service skills. Oh, and this location SUCKS since they reopened. Positive note: dude with theman bun is cool as heck. My first time to be in this location. It's a Sunday, so pretty quiet. I enjoyed my Beyond-meat burger combo. Just right for my... taste. ' didn't think much of it in the beginning but the lady who served me was extra friendly. It made the burger taste evenbetter. She offerred me a second cup of coffee with a smile.???? I watched her talked to other customers in a very friendlymanner. She was very welcoming. I surely would come back to this location whenever I'm in this area. Keep it up, Natasha! The service here is absolutely exceptional. I have lower-tier service at most sit down restaurants. I've never seen such on the... ball workers at a fast food place in my life. Read more
Very good breakfast at such a reasonable price and brought to my table. The restaurant is clean and tidy.
I have been here a few times as I live very close. Unfortunately I have noticed an increase in crackheads. They're either pacing... back and forth inside or blocking the entrance not a place I want to be at anymore. I even try to avoid walking past it andgoing on the other side of the street just to not get harassed. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed. Read more
