Food poisoning from undercooked meat! My husband ordered the breakfast sausage sandwich on Tuesday, Nov 8, 2022 @ 9:45am. He... wished the meat was cooked more & mentioned that it tasted odd. Unfortunately they can't seem to get their hornet problem under control. Inside there is so many dead around, and then a bunch... flying around the dining room. In the drive thru, they are forever flying into the cars, and into the windows. I have actuallystopped coming to this location as it's been months, and nothing has been done about this problem. When I mention it to theworker, I get told management can't find the nest and therefore they have to live with it. Not okay at all! Read more
I took a gamble and ordered onion rings on Saturday, September 10, 2022 just before 4 pm. I was hopeful that i would get fresh... onion rings (or reasonably fresh) since it was really busy with delivery orders, but sadly that was not the case. Once again,the sad onion rings were falling apart, too greasy, and inedible. If you like onion rings, save yourself the disappointment andbuy them at a different location. I've given this location way too many chances for it to be an oversight anymore. I'veordered onion rings from here every month for the past 4 years, and the rings are consistently limp, extremely greasy andinedible. It's pretty sad that i've never had a good order of onion rings from here, not even once. Thanks for ripping me offwith inedible food, for the umpteenth time. DO BETTER A&W! I can deal with slow service , cold fries and flat pop...all of which I encountered at this A&W today. The issue is the filth. ... The photo attached is of the dead wasps on the window sill. There were too many flies, the walls, windows and tables were notwiped down. So dirty I decided not to venture into the bathroom. Sunalta is a hit and miss area of town but there is not excusefor the disgusting state of this fast food outlet. Read more
Ordered through UBer Eats, the burgers came in very bad conditions and not as requested. They sent Root Beers which I hate... instead of Diet Coke. Not even catchup was sent. Read more
Staff is completely oblivious, standing waiting for someone to take my order and she decided to help the person who had just... walked in instead of myself and son who were standing right in front of her for 5 mins. I?d stay away from this location. Wewalked out and went to a different restaurant. In case the owner is reading this and wondering which of his employees wereoblivious, the answer is all of them!
