Hit the drive-thru at 8:30 PM last night. The service was terrible. Employee working the window was unfriendly. Food was... disgusting. Poutine with no gravy and cold burgers. Threw most of the order out at home. Worst $35 spent on a family meal ever. Read more
If you're looking for employees that serve your food with a side of racism for free then definitely come to this location. The... night staff are mostly sassy with a hint of absolute disregard for the place they work in or the guests they host. For futuressake, please hire people who also do not discriminate against multiculturalism. Read more
I went to the drive-thru Tuesday night August 23rd. I made a simple request that would make her do a little bit more work I'm... usually an easy-going person and I know I don't want to burden them. A&W was always consistent and reliable for a decent burger, and any changes they made lately were for the better. Grass-fed... beef? Yes please. Real cheese? Delicious. Our most recent visit, however, was a real shock. There were no 2-for-1 coupons, andthe teen burger was pathetic. The beef patty was noticeably thinner and the overall burger was unsatisfying. The poutine was thesame, but the portion size was smaller as well. At some point, they made some drastic changes (for the worse), and I'll be goingelsewhere from now on. Read more
New manager it?s horrible she argue and gets pretty aggressive I asked for I?ve been buying food everyday for the last 2 1/2... years 4 times a week every week. Today I got the bacon and egged English muffin and again for 4 time tus month I got the eggrotten, taste like fish every time this happen to me I almost throw out. I had mention this to them but they never offeranything in return. Super rude people, they act like they own the franchise and they think is their business. They forget theyare only employees and they shouldn?t argue with people. I bet you anything they will argue again in here. I will go to adifferent place from now on. When I was deciding between McDonald's and A&W, I was looking at the reviews and they both had their fair share of negative... attention. I ended up choosing to come here and I'm so happy I did! Pulled up to the window and there were workers inside not wearing a mask walking around touching things and moving things all... over the place no this person is clearly an employee and her explanation was that because she was off duty should know didn?thave to wear her mask behind the counter but she was still touching everything and doing everything and without a mask during atime of crisis and Covid.
