The... night staff are mostly sassy with a hint of absolute disregard for the place they work in or the guests they host. I went to the drive-thru Tuesday night August 23rd. I made a simple request that would make her do a little bit more work I'm... usually an easy-going person and I know I don't want to burden them. A&W was always consistent and reliable for a decent burger, and any changes they made lately were for the better. Grass-fed... beef? Yes please. Real cheese? Delicious. Our most recent visit, however, was a real shock. There were no 2-for-1 coupons, andthe teen burger was pathetic. The beef patty was noticeably thinner and the overall burger was unsatisfying.
