This is not the first time this place has messed up an order. I also wasn't impressed when they handed me this.

I literally was just there. I order fries, hasbrown and a breakfast sandwich. EVERY SINGLE THING was berely even warm, not hot,... barely even Luke warm. Disgusting and what a waste of my money. Read more
Absolutely ridicules, after waiting for an hour and half for the food to be delivered nothing was correct. The receipt... confirming my order was accurate, but the order was completely wrong. Thanks A&W Read more
Not only was the lady very short when taking my order, they messed it up. Asked for no mayo, was covered with mayo and onions... rings were barely cooked. Teen burger bacon was not cooked well and where is the sauce that goes on a teen burger? I thoughtthat was the whole point in getting a teen burger, WAS FOR THE SAUCE..!! I highly suggest instead of saying ?uh-huh? youactually take the time to listen to the customers order and get it right. So dissatisfied. Read more
They charged us the wrong amount after taking over 30 mins for a drive through order, the lady at the window, Lisa J, didn?t... seem to know what she was doing at all and was rude, literally shooing us when we tried to give the coupon. Which she didn?tuse she charged us incorrectly instead. Then I tried to leave a review on the link provided on the receipt but surprise! Itdoesn?t work. Ordered door dash. This is how it showed up. Have a vet appointment booked for 11 and have been dealing with my pet this whole... morning. Now food is finally here and this is how it shows up? They packed my breakfast platter at the bottom and then otheritems and then coffee in a tray on top of it all. Obviously the coffee fell over and soaked everything with coffee. Paper plate?Soaked my partners blt? Soaked in coffee..... is this for real right now or am I dreaming.
