The woman who took my order was kinda rude and albeit annoyed with me. Once my order was punched in, she left without pressing... the debit/credit button for me to pay. I awkwardly stood there waiting for her to come back (I get it, I work part-time at aStarbucks, so I tend to multitask as well when put on POS), but she didn't acknowledge the fact that there was no paymentprocessed. She came and forth a few times, and when they called for my order, I felt bad waving at them that I was still waitingto pay. When the cashier came back, she didn't apologize, she looked rather annoyed that I was still there, and let me make mypayment. Um, okay? I could have just left with my food without paying, but I'm way too honest. Then I had to wait for the icedtea to be refilled. Okay, no worries. She was also annoyed with me when she handed the drink over. Overall, not very friendly.I understand the stresses of working in a fast-paced environment, but there's no reason to take it out on the people you servewho haven't done anything. Read more
Got two Teen Burgers, no idea what they gave us but it was absolute garbage, like trying to eat two slices of cardboard, not... good, put it in the garbage and left; we should have taken it back, will never eat here again. Read more
Served cold onion rings, come on, one thing in my order and you can?t get it right?!
I work in the mall and it?s my go to store because love the burgers but sad to write this review. I ordered a chubby chicken... combo. The fries were half and the sprite was tasteless just carbonate water. I am very disappointed, didn?t even asked me ifit?s to stay or to go they just packed my food and kinda trow it that i had to ask if that?s my order. I normally feel that theydon?t threat mall employees same as other and that?s what i felt many times!!! 80% rude employee!!! Read more

One of the few locations that will give you a decent amount of lettuce if you ask for a bun substitution. My fiance and I have... always enjoyed A&W burgers and onion rings. This location was busy, but still got our food out in a relatively short amount oftime. The food was hot and was seasoned/spiced well. My only gripe is with the paper straws. We've been to locations withcompostable straws, and they are miles ahead of the flimsy paper ones that go soggy an couple minutes after use. Read more

A woman who i believed an asian and the counter looks so annoyed when taking and preparing orders. After waiting in a long line... to get my orders and spent some time in waiting for my orders. I got the wrong foods and the previous customer also got thewrong food that they didn?t order. It happens around 10:30am on nov. 9. Check on your cctv whats going on in your ends!
