This is the worst A&W in the entire city. The staff literally HIDE under the tables to avoid serving customers at night. They... refuse to drop fresh food despite advertising burgers all day. They refuse to acknowledge customers at the drive thru late atnight. The food is poor quality even when made correctly. I will be reaching out to A&W Corporate. There are seriously somepeople that need to lose their job there, including the OWNER for being so incompetent and refusing to fix consistent issues. Read more
Why advertise being open 24 hours when you can't serve food for like an hour in the middle of the night when you're "cleaning... grills"??? Change your signs to open 23 hours a day. I work nightshifts. This is the ONLY A&W I have ever been to that doesthis. Lesson learned. Read more

This is one of two A&W's that I most frequent. Usually there isn't much of a line and food is ready pretty quickly. I have... ordered at the counter and at drive thru. I have never had a bad experience and every time I asked for no onions in my teenburger, they have complied. I find on most occasions, my fries are hot and fresh. I suspect this is due to the amount of trafficthey get to keep things fresh. As an added plus, they are open 24 hours! Read more
Not only are the people here so grumpy eeeeeevery time I visit, they hardly get orders correct. I always get the wrong pop,... wrong sauce or no sauce for my chicken at all. Tonight they made me park as they said it would be 5 minutes, and by the time Iparked they were outside. I didn't get the sauce and I also got old chicken, which makes no sense since they told me I had towait anyways... 0/10. Read more
