I bought a coffee this afternoon and the (cashier indian girl tall) showed a lack of training of how to serve a coffee and being... polite to the customer. I ordered a small coffee and she gave me so full when i opened it, it spills to my hand. I got hurtofcourse the coffee was so hot. But i just ignore it because i was in a hurry that time. So i asked her to throw out some of theexcess coffee. She did removed excess coffee but after that she said, some customers complain?s that it?s not full so she gaveme so full of coffee. Instead of apologizing to me she was being mad showing an attitude and talking back with her co worker?sin there indian language agains me. Only negative is the paper straws, not sure the source but they have completely fallen apart in the soda. Maybe need new source.... Best place for onion rings. Read more
I?ve been coming here for years. The ladies at the front are so friendly, so patient, and so efficient. The food comes out fast... and fresh, so magic is happening behind the service counter as well. Hands down one of the best A&W locations and it?s becausethey strive to be. Thanks for always opening a half an hour earlier than the mall to take care of everyone who works inSunridge, you?ve been keeping this place alive and serving us retail peeps breakfast for as long as I can remember. Customer service is hit or miss and inconsistent with different front end employees; one employee allowed my requested... substitution, but then another staff was super confused about it on my next visit. On one visit I asked for water with ice ina cup but they cannot offer the ice for some reason, only cold water. The food tasted mostly consistent and fresh for myvarious visits, but the wait time is sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Read more

Oh my God. what a bad service they have. I went there today 16th of May at 5:30 PM to buy chicken strips for my 6 years old son.... Strips came out even before I pay. There was a doubt in mind why they came so early, how?? Touched it and they were cold. Iasked the lady working outside that when you cooked this ? She told me just now. It did not look like to me that they cooked itjust now. I told her no you are wrong. Suddenly the lady who was working inside she came outside and they both talked in theirown language . After that the lady working outside told the another employee who looked like to me a trainee to throw it out inthe garbage. She did that and she told me with a bad mouth that it will take 5 long minutes and you have to wait. I said OK, Iwill wait. And it came out after 8 to 9 minutes . And they were fresh. Some communication problems do to COVID-19 barriers but the team member was very quick in resolving it. They were polite and... cheerful. My overall experience was positive, the food was fresh, and I would return. Lots of hand washing and an impressivelyclean store front. Read more
My gf went to buy food on Sunday December 4 and she bought a meal asked the lady for ketchup and she rolled her eyes and gave... her attitude just for asking for ketchup this is unacceptable if the customer asks for ketchup u give them ketchup and I?veasked for more then 2-3 at times mad.
