Racist. Islamophobic staff, wouldn?t let me eat inside the restaurant because I was wearing a hijab. She insisted every person... who goes to the mosque across from their location site outside. It was freezing cold outside, despite me insisting I wouldn?tdo anything wrong, she would not let me eat my food inside, saying ?That isn?t my problem?. Decent and quite place ... A & W never disappoints you...they don't sell hash brown..
Ordered a spicy habanero burger at 2am on the June 11. They made the burger fresh so 8-12 minutes, I think I waited 15 minutes... which i had no problem with. The problem was that they gave me old fries?. Atleast make fresh fries to go with the order forcrying out loud! I go here often and I noticed it was a new group of staff. Not happy. Read more

I don't usually eat at A&W, so I was pleasantly surprised on their breakfast menu. I ordered a cheese & egger (just kept it... simple) and it was surprisingly good. When I think fast-food for breakfast I think of cold or under the warmer forever, rubbery.Which this was not! The staff was friendly and the restaurant was kept clean! Read more

A mistake happened with a meal./ I do not have the time to write a long story. Mistakes happen and an opportunity to fix. In 1... sentence my meal for 2 was ice cold amongst other things, and was offered 20% discount on the next order and I was pushed togive a time when I came back. To the Assistant Manager, the good lord gave us 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. Zero peopleskills, and everybody's fault. Its not your fault, take ownership. Prepping food with a cellphone in your hand? No! Up[date. Iasked for the Operations Manager now to call me. Over 24 hours and waiting.
