This place is absolutely terrible. Their food is bland and very unappealing to the eye….like who makes a steak (they made it... well done rather than medium) and places it on a plate with brown sauce, and brown mushrooms veggies and sides? It’s veryearthy looking and just meh. If you are paying for a steak I would suggest going to a different restaurant as this one isdefinitely not it. Read more

We went for drinks after work at 3pm on a Thursday. It was not busy, but picked up around 4pm. First time at this establishment... and it looks very nice and is in a great location. 3pm was shift change, so it took about 20 minutes to get our order taken.After that, things were smooth sailing. This place will be out of business in 2 years…guaranteed. I’m looking forward to what takes over afterwards. Edit to... provide more context: Service that is completely uninterested in their jobs. No napkins, utensils, or extra plates, cockyenough to not take notes then forget things that we ordered. Had to remind them about the pint I ordered 20 minutes earlier. Food that is overpriced for what it is (really? $17 for wings served in a soup bowl. Hot wings that aren’t even hot…couldn’t even be bothered to give carrots or celery on the side). Put the phone away and pay attention to the 10 people whoare there. We were 2 of the 4 customers in the restaurant. Not a pub style menu. Chowder was good. Wish I could say the same about the... service. Yikes. There were more staff than customers and I had to go get my own cutlery, no napkins, asked for check, forgot tobring it. Staff too busy chatting to serve you reasonably. First and last time there. Quiet Tuesday night visit so place was not busy. Service was fast and friendly. I had the chicken and Brie sandwich which came... recommended by our server and it was very tasty. My friend had the clam chowder. He said it was good, just a bit too watereddown. Would like to see a thicker, heartier soup. He said the garlic bread was very yummy though. My wife and I didnt even get a chance to try any of the food or the craft beer. The restaurant was beautiful inside and out and... we were very excited to try it. But this did not happen. My wife and i came in the front door and were in awe of the looks ofthe restaurant inside. However the restaurant was all but empty, There were 2 tables with a single person at one and threepeople at another. We were waiting to be seated, We waited for at least 5 mins before the waitress finally looked over at us andthen just looked away totally ignoring us. My wife wanted to leave because we were both really hungry but I insisted we wait. Iwaited only a few minutes more because the waitress looked ever a second time, I waved and she ignored us again. We had a celebration here at the lounge- positives first: the venue itself is so beautiful, airy, and welcoming. The lighting in... the place is so nice for photos and so nice to have a private little balcony. The food was amazing! We got so many complimentsafterwards on the food, and the chef was personally walking around making sure everyone was satisfied-so professional and aboveand beyond! Our night of coordinator Angie and the bartender Josh were both great! They were involved and made sure everyone washappy, and having a great time. Overall we are so happy with how our event here turned out. Major negative: olivia, whom I wascommunicating with starting back in February was so awful to deal with. She is the most unprofessional, incompetent personI’ve had to encounter, and she caused a lot of unnecessary stress while planning this event. From ignoring my emails, andquestions, to then ignoring my phone calls, I cannot say how awful it was dealing with her. For the small event I planned, itshould’ve all been signed and sealed a long time ago. But due to her lack of professionalism, I was emailing right up untilthe week before to ensure everything was proper. And even that wasn’t enough, because she did not pass ANYTHING along to thenight of coordinator. So my sister arrived to the place before me, and had to work with the guests and the night of coordinatorto get the place set up as to how I had asked and described months ago. Something as simple as having 6 tables out with 6 chairs(something Olivia asked me for to set up) was not done. Thankfully our event was amazing otherwise, but I wish that I would’vedealt with anyone else other than Olivia. I found out they are removing her from events due to other poorly communicated events,so hopefully no one will have to deal with her ever again for their events. Read more

Was hoping for a great experience as received a few years ago. But it was not to be. Our server was great but no others followed... in his footsteps! We ordered the Chicken brie sandwich, the hamburger and the Panako salmon sandwich. While the salmon was theonly one that proved delicious. My friends were not impressed with the rest, not for the price. French fries were alsotasteless. A very disappointing evening sorry to say. I feel more experienced staff needed. Read more
