Food ok, portions a little small for the price and bland. Good selection of beer and friendly staff. I had the Japanese steak... with coconut rice, steak bites were dry and chewy. Rice didn't have a hint of coconut. Read more

We stopped here while biking the Glenmore reservoir trail and all though the food was ok it took way too long. I understand a... kitchen being busy but 40 mins plus for an omelette and scrambled eggs is a bit much. Our waitress was also quite slow andrefilling water. Which made the wait feel even longer! We had the butchers omelet and it was actually quite good. The smallpotatoes were also seasoned well and were good. The dish is supposed to come with a side of fruit but it was only a coupleslices of oranges. Technically not misleading because it's fruit but expected something a bit more varied. We also had theclassic breakfast which was fine but the bacon wasn't cooked very well and was quite fatty. Overall we probably would try againbut probably not for breakfast. Maybe they would be a bit faster on the dinner shift. Read more

Great location and atmosphere. Service was good. The portion of tofu and the size of the power bowl was laughable for the price.... The steak bites were fantastic. Everyone enjoyed the mushroom soup. Read more

Saddest wings I've seen. Avoid wing night is all I can say. Manager didn't seem to care much either when pointed it out. Beer... selection and HH menu good at least. Read more

My friend, Susan, & I met up at 1600 at Glenmore Landing. It was a beautiful afternoon so before we went in we scoped out the... patio to see if there was a table. There wasn't but several tables were paying and getting ready to leave. We went in and toldthe hostess we wanted a place on the patio. We told her we knew there wasn't any at the moment but we could wait. She told usto wait at the door to the patio. So we did. We waited there awkwardly for over 10 min. when a couple who had just walked inwas seated on the patio. We told the girl we had been waiting, she apologized. After another 5-6 min. (making it more than 15min) of waiting at the door, a server told us it would be a minute. At this point there were several tables open, there werealso 5 servers working, of which three of them were just standing around. One girl cleaned all the tables. Now it may be herjob but when there are people waiting, it seems to be a good policy that everyone pitch in. We finally got seated but it wasanother 5-7 minutes before we got a menu and it was well after that we got a glass of water. At this point we had been thereabout 20 min. Once we got a server things got better. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. However, everything we orderedwas delivered by other people who had no idea where it was to go as I would watch them go around the restaurant asking serverswho had ordered this. I ordered the Holy Grail burger for 19.25 which I still think is expensive. But it sounded so good. Itwas okay. There was nothing special about it. The horseradish aioli wasn't very horseradishy. It was also very messy! Thefries were the best part of the meal. Susan had the fajitas. She really enjoyed them and there was lots of chicken. It wasn'tall peppers and onions as can be the case. Plus the cheese was really thick. If I am in the area, I may return but it isn'tsome place I would recommend unless they were in the area. Read more
